Recipe Notes
The recipe notes mention that you can adjust the ratios to match your favorite restaurant's version. Suggestions include reducing ketchup or paprika if it's too pink, reducing sugar if it's too sweet, adding cayenne pepper or hot sauce for spice, and thinning it out with rice vinegar or water if it's too thick. It also notes that the sauce is naturally gluten-free and contains dairy (butter) but can be made dairy-free with a substitute. It's best stored in the refrigerator for up to a week and not frozen.
User Feedback
The comments are mixed. One user loved the sauce with chicken, shrimp, rice, and vegetables. Another user found the recipe too sweet and a waste of ingredients.
